Return Policy for Karroo Hunting Gear
Introduction:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Karoo Hunting Gear. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@karoohuntinggear.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once you have received your RA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

  3. Affix the shipping details provided by our customer service team to the outside of the package, making sure that the RA number is clearly visible.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
